ABOUT RAJAT SHANDILYA

I am serving as Assistant Manager (Law) at Office of Career Advancement and Mentorship OCAM), Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. I am also a Doctoral Research Scholar (Law) at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA, Symbiosis International (Deemed to be ) University, Pune. I hold a Post-Graduation (LL.M) degree from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global (Deemed to be) University (20••••24), and a B.A.LL.B (H) degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (20••••23). My primary area of interest is in the domain of the Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and the Indian Criminal Justice System. I have also received offers to pursue my Master\'s from various reputable universities across the world, including Queen Mary University of London (UK), the University of Birmingham, and the University of Portsmouth, among others. I have had an experience of over 26 National and International Legal Internships and Research Assistantships. Furthermore, I have more than 30+ published papers to my credit. I have also presented my Research Papers in 20+ National and International Conferences. I have been invited as a Judge for various national-level competitions and also as a \'Resource Person\' by various national-level institutions and organizations from across the country.
