Currently working as a Component Design Engineer for the LP Turbine rotor module of CFM-RISE new generation narrow body engine. Responsibilities as a Senior Lead Engineer include:* Conduct preliminary design assessment of potential designs to validate them against the requirements of various design practices.* Optimize the down selected design to reduce weight and cost while ensuring the HCF, LCF and FM lifes are being met.* Laise with the Customer in the capacity of Technical Lead.* Review and sign off on technical reviews.* Act as an SME to answer/resolve technical queries of team members.* Ensure review checklists are up to date and lessons learnt by the team are effectively communicated and captured by the team.* Lead productivity improvement projects and capability development initiatives.
