At Infogain, my role involved providing strategic inputs to the product development roadmap, as well as supporting sales and solutioning efforts. A notable example was our pioneering work in Generative AI. When the world was just beginning to explore this technology, we had our first demo ready by March 2023. Our journey began with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations and expanded to include vector databases and knowledge graphs. Over the past year, my focus has primarily been on advancing Generative AI for our NAVIK product, where I contributed significantly to strategy and implementation. Additionally, I played a key role in supporting our GenAI implementations, ensuring they met the highest standards of innovation and effectiveness.
