Utility technology professional with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in Smart Metering (AMI/AMR), ABT Metering, and energy accounting systems. I specialise in bridging complex operational workflows with robust technology — driving seamless integration across WFM, HES, MDM, MDAS, and core utility platforms in large-scale cloud-based AMI ecosystems. As Junior Manager – IT Operations (NOMC) at Intellismart Infrastructure, I oversee end-to-end API governance and system orchestration, ensuring accurate, timely data flow that supports utility billing, operations, and regulatory compliance. From device commissioning and MCO workflows to real-time data validation and vendor coordination, I focus on building resilient integrations while continuously improving operational efficiency. Earlier at Secure Meters Ltd, I contributed to major SAMAST implementations (UPPTCL, JBVNL, JUSNL, PSTCL) and led the end-to-end rollout of DT meters under the AMR & Energy Audit project — achieving >96% communication success rate and enabling accurate monthly billing and revenue settlement. I’m passionate about leveraging AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate root-cause analysis, and optimise workflows.
