Oversee the daily operations of contract drivers and brokers, including maintaining contractor schedules, monitoring routes, reports and fostering positive working relationships with contract owner operators and Brokers. • Use route planning software (Ship Track +) to build efficient delivery routes.• Manage the dispatch of contract drivers and resolve issues throughout the day,• Identify problem areas, including restructuring routes to improve operational efficiencies.• Using Lean technologies to reduce overtime and continuous improvement for better customer service and satisfaction.• Train and develop contract drivers, dispatchers to meet and exceed customer expectations.• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within established time frame. Making sure sort starts on time and effectively to better prepare for deliveries.• Carry out managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, disciplining and resolving issues.• Ensure compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures and programs. • Supervise employees in accordance with company policies an applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints/resolving problems.complaints.• Oversee a daily of deliveries, 100 Drivers.• New business customers in the organization and overall delivery completion rate increased to over 99% for the whole year. • More than 6.5 Million Amazon packages were delivered in 2023 by drivers with 99.23 % completion rate. Drivers are trained for absolute customer satisfaction with no exception.• Team managed to sort and deliver more than Amazon packages in a single day at Windsor hub.
