Project management included: Strategic planning, Costing and Capital request; Design, engineering, project management; Warehouse software upgrade; transition to new facility; and integration of multiple brands for multi-channel distribution – Vans, The North Face, Reef, JanSport • Led design, implementation & successful startup of new 150k sf, LEED certified multi-brand distribution center in Mexico City for Mexico wholesale and retail markets. • Responsible for developing, proposing and executing strategic and operational initiatives to support brands growth & operations, reduce cost, improve total customer response, compliance, productivity and associate safety.
