Proven expertise in mould and machine maintenance, new mould development, and new product development (NPD). Strong background in manpower management and team leadership, with effective cross-functional coordination across Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and PPC. Experienced in documentation and reporting, customer and internal audits, and driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) and innovation.Key Points of Experience:Specially trained at Krauss Maffei (Germany) in plastic moulding processes, all-electric injection moulding machines, robotics functions, and related maintenance.Completed specialised training at ENGEL AUSTRIA GmbH covering MuCell® technology principles and comprehensive operation in plastic injection moulding processes.Experience in hot runner moulds and Development of new moulds with multi cavities and core pulling. Proficient in design using SolidWorks and in mould analysis using Autodesk Moldflow simulation softwareAnalysed the plastic material combinations used in the plastic injection moulding process to select the best materials for customer applications. New developments are expected in the Ultrasonic welding process, including improved Horn and welding fixture design.
