Undertake technical/quality reviews, oversee and checking of detailed design calculations, engineering design drawings, assessments and/or conceptual designs for development schemes. • Preparing pre-bid fee proposals and documents for various stages of the projects • Responsible for reporting and managing business-associated objectives and risks. • Developing and managing team, including mentoring and upskilling whilst encouraging collaboration and cohesive teamwork and also responsible for performance and development review. • Exposed to CDM regulations for UK markets and expertise in preparing pre-construction information and design risk assessments for Health and Safety file. • Expertise in using engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3d, PDS Signs, PDS Lines, Vehicle tracking, Micro Drainage, Open Roads, Mx Roads V8i (Interactive & Line Mode), MOSS, Micro StationV8i, Auto CAD, MS Project, IITPAVE, IITRIGID, CIRCLY, HDM-4 etc Specialties: Highway Geometric Design, Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Network Modelling, DrawNet, Drainage System Design, Traffic Survey Analysis and Forecasting, Plan and Profile Design, Pre-Bid Proposals & Fee Estimations Project and Client Management, Line and Team Management, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Preliminary and Detailed Design, Feasibility Studies and Reports.
