Preparing, tracking, updating and reviewing Submittal logs, RFI’s and change orders (Lump Sum and T&M).• Performing Quantity takeoffs via Bluebeam, field measurements with city inspector for Monthly billings.• Preparing 3-week schedules for projects by coordinating with subcontractor and superintendent, progress check as per weekly meeting of minutes• Drafting Traffic Control Plans for lane closures and pedestrian detours for each project stage.• Send daily Project field reports, reviewed and approved T&M tags and creating T&M reports.• Draft Sub-Contracts, DAS 140s (Labor and Operators), file prelims notices, COI, Fringe Statement, Business License, 2nd tier subcontractor documents. •Ordering Project material (AB, HMA, Concrete, Inlet tops, utility boxes, frame and Grates) as per Bid items for self-work by readings plans and spec details.•Preparing reports (CEM- 2030 and CEM- 2035) and safety reports for projects as per OSHA compliances.•Attend Bid Reviews, Prepare Takeoffs and put Bid Items for new project Bid worth $2.5 Million.•Assist on the Bid day with requesting material quotes (Asphalt and Aggregate Base) and Subcontractor Quotes.• Attend Pre-Bid meetings as a Prime Bidder on a new job.
