Hi, I’m Rajarshi — most people call me Raj.Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of building HomeFirst, from a start-up to a leading, tech-led housing finance company in India. I enjoy a front-row seat to the evolving aspirations of one of the world’s most dynamic middle-class populations. This journey has shaped my deep understanding of consumer behaviour, brand trust, and how to build systems that scale with empathy.Most of my work revolve around creativity, communication, and emerging technology. I’ve led high-impact marketing campaigns, built cross-functional teams, and collaborated on global-first initiatives — including our Green Homes partnership with IFC and the World Bank Group, pioneering sustainable housing in the affordable segment. Currently, I’m focused on: AI workflows and adoption. Marketing Innovations, and Climate-aligned Projects. I bring a systems-thinking approach, a storyteller’s instinct, and a strong belief that we should solve real human problems! When I\'m not working, you\'ll find me riding a bike or exploring the wilderness with my camera. Travel photography have been a constant in my life and Vibe Coding has been added recently to my playlist. I love diving into personal projects that fuel my passion, and get immense joy out of creating something. I\'ve been fortunate enough to have some of my work published globally and I believe the future belongs to people who can blend creativity and systems, tech and purpose, strategy and soul.
