Imparted training such as awareness to staff and workers about ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS & on various mechanisms like SQC/SPC techniques, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circles etc. Facilitated, mentored and executed various Kaizen projects undertaken by the teams at different stages of production (wastages, change over time reduction (SMED), Muda (Waste) etc.) Trained & developed quality and production team as internal auditors/auditees on QMS/EMS/FSC management systems, customer complaint handling and various system audits.
