In my experience, most technology problems aren’t about the systems but rather from the way people, operations and legacy platforms collide in patterns that frankly no architecture diagram has ever admitted. At Genpact I assess insurers’ and brokers’ estates, identify which modernisation investments will actually shift performance and shape the foundations needed for AI-enabled operations. That means strengthening data platforms, tightening integration architecture and rationalising platforms, while doing the unglamorous groundwork that prepares the organisation for what is coming without destabilising the core.
