Rather, THEY contribute to GitHub, post at StackOverflow, share on coding groups or may have their own coding blogs which impact communities on the web. Deep web profiles often omit critical skills. As a result, traditional talent searchers/recruiters missing on qualified prospects. But if someone commits to a GitHub or StackOverflow or such similar forums — his/her skills are apparent without a resume.Roles & Responsibilities:Sourcing tech profiles from GitHub, StachOveflow, LinkedIn ext. Basically x-raying for profiles on web and finding contact details through SalesQL, HireTual, ContactOut, and various tools.
