About Raj Chaudhari
postgraduate in polymer chemistry with an interdisciplinary background combining polymer chemistry and inorganic materials chemistry. research experience includes the synthesis of CaAl₁₂O₁₉ (hibonite) using the combustion method and CoAl₂O₄ (cobalt aluminate) using the co-precipitation method for developing infrared reflective blue pigments, as well as the preparation of MnCo₂O₄ spinel catalyst through the sol-gel method for Hydroxy methylene furfural to furan di-carboxylic acid. These projects helped me understand the relationship between synthesis parameters, structure, and functional properties such as color, reflectance, and catalytic activity. I am skilled in material synthesis, characterization, and performance analysis using techniques like XRD, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and UV -Nir spectroscopy ftir In addition, I completed a one-month internship at Shriram Rubbers, where I gained practical exposure to rubber compounding, mastication, vulcanization, and testing of mechanical and thermal properties. This combination of polymer and inorganic material experience has strengthened my interest in developing advanced hybrid materials, coatings, and composites for sustainable and functional applications.
