Responsible for the technical delivery of solutions in Three UK OSS Systems & proactive support to external customers/stakeholders.• Responsible for technical inter-working with cross functional delivery teams including network (RAN, Transmission, IP, Service Layer, and Core), pre-sales, customer services, service transition and project managers to on-board new customer and services.• Responsible for the delivery of innovative on time and cost effective capacity solutions for the elements in the OSS domain ensuring no capacity bottlenecks affect the customer experience.• Responsible for the production and management of design documentation for the solutions and elements.• Maintain a configuration management system to ensure the elements operate in line with the design.• Support project management functions, the production and management of robust and cost efficient delivery plans to ensure that capabilities are delivered to requirements, on time and without negative impact to the service and business KPIs.• Manage team of engineers to ensure the team delivers within the SLA\'s, build test procedures and define resources to deliver service continuity in the event of a loss of a critical service.• Responsible for input into the annual Capex & OpEx Budget and delivering to the agreed budget. Regular review and optimise the current costs to achieve cost saving through agreed means such as system improvements.• A key escalation point to senior internal and external stake holders for operational, service review and validation of issues, & formulate action plans to resolve technical design, test and operational issues (defect and performance).
