ABOUT RAJANDRA PATEL

Strong engineering background knowledge of Electrical and Electronics within Automotive Industry with 22 years of experience working for both QEM (JLR) and component supplier (TRW). Proven record of achievements in delivering of products from design concept to production and vehicle integration. Interface with suppliers to ensure products are delivered to specification at agreed cost and timing. Current contract role with JLR, I have manage the complete design process for wiring loom installations for various JLR projects including XE, XF and most recent F-Type. Previous TRW experience involved in complete design process, validation and launch of EPAS Steering Systems / sub systems assembly for several OEM’s manufacturer ( Fiat, Renault, Nissan ). Involved in transferring ECU manufacturing facilities from UK to Japan NEC (Green Belt Project) which involved extensive travel to Japan. Willing to adapt and engage in multiple roles when business needs required to ensure smooth running of project. Strong communication skills at all levels and can motivate and drive individual or teams, to achieve their goals. I enjoy working within a team as well as working on my own and capable of making important decisions to achieve the goal. Enjoy getting my hands dirty during issue investigation and resolution. I have a passion for product development and always willing to pursue new ideas. Experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, and Electronic / PCB assembly.
