Programming management of all plant based Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) Range Rover Sport and Range Rover programmes. Programme Manager for the inaugural Range Rover Sport SVR for and Ranger Rover SVA for SVO organisation. •Portfolio of 10 programmes, investment in excess of £50mils, managing overlapping programme complexities and milestones. Managing all aspects of programme, conception to launch delivery, including production parts release, programme budget control, via a risks and opportunities process•Management of launch activities, supporting pre production builds with off tooled / off process parts, developing quality maturation plans for all key commodities•Led cross functional activities with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing to ensure processes are in place to populate the plant order banks with vehicle builds•Worked closely with the supplier base to overcome any commercial and parts supply issues, specifically build shortages and fit and function manufacturing issues.•Created a process ensuring management and tracking of Parts Submission Warrants ( PSWs ) for all new parts. •Replicated and implemented core processes and policies to the SVO programme structure
