Rajan is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner with Ernst & Young. He has spent almost 20 years abroad and his career has been primarily with Big 4 Professional services firms except for a period of 3 years with a Multinational Trading and Distribution Company. Rajan has over two decades of experience in both external and internal audits in Singapore, India and many other Asian countries. He has served clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, trading, retailing, hotels, hi-tech, construction and quasi-governmental organisations.Rajan has been overseeing large internal audit outsourcing engagements of listed companies and a number of multi-national clients. He has also been involved in conducting enterprise risk assessment and corporate governance reviews for many companies and government linked organisations. In addition he has also been involved in conducting internal audit quality review and contract risk assessment related reviews for many MNC clients.
