Senior Executive - Quality Assurance As a quality assurance professional for Cleaning Validation, my responsibilities are multifaceted, ranging from ensuring that all equipment used in the manufacturing process is effectively cleaned and free from any residual material that could potentially contaminate the final product to conducting studies to determine the equipment\'s clean and dirty hold times. I am also responsible for validating the manufacturing process and ensuring that it consistently produces high-quality products that meet all specifications.Furthermore, I conduct product hold time studies to analyze the stability, safety, and efficacy of the product during various stages of manufacturing. I also oversee the annual product quality review process, where I review all aspects of the manufacturing process and product quality over a year to identify any areas for improvement.In addition, I conduct continuous process verification to ensure that the manufacturing process remains in control and capable of producing high-quality products. I am responsible for preparing for and responding to regulatory audits and inspections and conducting self-inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.Finally, I have expertise in technology transfer, where I transfer manufacturing processes and technology from one site or company to another while ensuring that the product\'s quality remains uncompromised. By carrying out these responsibilities, I ensure that the products produced are of high quality, safe, and effective for the intended use.
