Clean Slate Program Laser Tattoo Removal Clinic assists youths, ages 14-25 in removing tattoos from formerly gang involved and at risk youth of San Jose who have found tattoos as a barrier to obtaining education of gainful employment. The program is supported by the Valley Medical Foundation and overseen by the Parks and Recreation department of San Jose.
