As part of International Portfolio, managing multiple business programs and projects across different countries- Liase with various Country Business team, Service Lines, Enterprise Architecture team to finalize Business Requirement Document (BRD)- Based on approved BRD, get the optimized costing, efforts from service lines and prepare the Business Case Document (BCD) which includes Opex, Capex and Maintenance cost- Present BCD to Management and get funding approval for initiating the projects- Prepare Project Charter, Project Plan and align all stake holders- Conduct periodic review meetings with all the stake holders (PMs, Service Lines, Technology Teams, Training, PMO and Head of departments) to track the Program / Project progress. In case of scope / cost / effort creep, initiate remedial actions to bring the Program / Project on track- Present periodic report to Senior Management on all the International Portfolio Program / Projects progress- Collate demands from Country teams, get high level costing and submit to Management for budgetary approval for upcoming year.
