Financial Dispute, Collection Billing, Invoice & Investigation: Disputed charges investigation for corporate clients & customers. performing the investigation analysis with multiple internal and external teams, vendors & clients and the final approval on analysis to the corporate clients, if charges are payable or non-payable. Handling a team with different processes on approving authority on bills, charges, analysis, reconciliation of invoices, Worked Voic, Chat & E-mail processes handling.• Collections & Reminders: When there is due and may lead to Late payment fee need to remind customers to make the payment, If they come once Late payment is applied need to investigate is it valid or invalid to remove the charges.• Financial Terms Contract Analysis: Complete analyse on the contracts signed between client, customers & vendors and resolve the investigation and bring a resolution.• Quality Audit: Regular audit of the quality of work done by the team and giving scorecard and feedback for the performance discussions• Fiber Designing and Networking: Leading a team of 36+ with 6 different Fiber Design processes with 2 leads reporting in Fiber Designing, Splicing, Invoice, Post documentation, FTTH Designing. Transition & FTE Negotiation Lead: Successfully completed 3 projects transitioned from Client to India, currently running successfully with 100% Client Satisfaction on the project SLA & Targets. Involved in Successful discussion on FTE & Project time negotiation which lead to successful transition of projects from onsite to offshore. Forecasting, Capacity planning: Forecasting & Capacity planning to meet the dead lines and committed target. if any challenges need to communicate to the client and management on alternate plan. Critical Report Handling & Team Management: Governance & Executive reports for clients and Accenture Leads, managing team, Assigning Projects, Monitoring Work, Escalation handing in complex situation.
