Experience with all aspects of construction management from Bid to Closeout. Diverse portfolio of multi-million dollar projects for numerous agencies such as US Army Corps of Engineers, Pentagon, FBI, and other Department of Defense bases stateside and overseas. Recently consulted on QC and Safety on an $800M project for USACE.I have occupied every position that a construction manager can hold, leading teams as a project manager, superintendent and QC. The backbone of my experience is in QC management for federal projects.Extensive international background as a defense contractor and a former US Marine with two combat action ribbons and a campaign medal for multiple deployments. I also speak multiple languages. During my service, I participated in overseas intelligence operations in 2003 and 2004 for a total of 21 months. I worked in Naval Intelligence as a civilian contractor in 2009.
