I firmly believe that a rapid and fundamental shift in how we create, deliver, maintain and upgrade software to support business processes is taking place. This will continue to create huge disruptions in all aspects of business and technology interactions. In the hyper-connected world, customer focus, agility, security and privacy will be the most important for software development. Amazing things can be done and delivered by fully self-realized teams, lead by a good leader who knows when to lead and when to get out of the way. I am a Customer focused, Senior Information Technology Management Professional with strong technical and program management experience in information technology industry with more than 22 years of experience in delivering Enterprise level software projects and products. I have strong Technical and Program Management leadership experience. I have proven record of accomplishment of successfully delivering high quality, enterprise level applications in Case management, Document management, Workflow management applications as well as Web Portals, Web, client- server, Enterprise Service Bus solutions. I have delivered software using agile, waterfall and other software development methodologies. I have excellent communication skills and work effectively with front line to C-suite. I have served with Government as well as commercial clients as a developer, lead, scrum master, product owner and people manager for teams and team of teams I also have strong research academic back ground with PhD and 2 Master degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as publications in peer reviewed journals, backed by PMP, CSM certifications.
