Led Kyndryl Resiliency Replication Product Management for Resiliency Orchestration with near zero RPO. Driving Roadmap, Market Analysis and Product Strategy for DRaaS and DPaaS in Hybrid Multi Cloud domain.• Built and launched the first version of Resiliency Block Replicator, a VMware Hypervisor based continuous replication product (VMware Accepted and Certified) using Agile/Scrum in June 2019 and subsequent major releases in June 2020 and June 2021, 2022, 2023. Identified the first customer and completed the POC and implementation. Scaled the product to create a pipeline of 10+ customers across NAM, EMEA and APAC geographies scheduled for implementation. The product is also being considered in Managed Services for Kyndryl customers that also constitutes 75% of Fortune 100.• Built and launched the first version of Resiliency Orchestration for Cloud Native container workloads leveraging Portworx, Velero in June 2021, and subsequent releases.Building Kyndryl Bridge with focus on Data Foundation, Console Framework, IAM and AIOPS Services platform based on Actionable Insights for CTO, Kyndryl Consult and Advanced Delivery in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
