ABOUT RAJA TALATI
I am a healthcare administrator and clinician guiding organizations in the integration of new healthcare delivery systems, restructuring, and managing change across an increasingly complex regulatory environment. I believe that taking care of the workforces and encourage people development will in turn promote a healthy, sustainable, and successful business. I would like to use my extensive experience in medicine and IT to assist growing companies looking for new sources of revenue, especially during the COVID crisis when innovative thinking is not an option but a requirement. Much of my experience has been in the military sector, having completed the aerospace medicine primary as soon as possible after joining my squadron I acted as Assistant Chief of Professional Services Charleston AFB. After which I held several roles including- Senior Flight Surgeon - Medical Review Officer MacDill AFB - Chief of Professional Services - Chief of Aerospace Medicine One area I am particularly interested in would be to assist boards as an advisor and critical friend, specializing in the healthcare IT, and telecom sectors. I consistently strive to ensure that all health management strategic objectives and goals are met; whereby having a healthy community. With my unique experience, I am confident that I can bring a very rich and diverse skill set and understanding of the boardroom. I contribute a constructive challenge and independent voice, whilst guiding on strategy and commercial viability. I ensure that the goals set are transparent and sustainable so that results are constantly produced.
