   In this role, I am leading world class IT engineers, responsible for complex technical IT issues-I have also played a vital role in maintaining the Quality of IT as per the industry standards-I have managed CSAT for the entire ecosystem and maintained a positive user-friendly experience-I have managed escalations, the most critical and toughest area, where I have achieved 100% resolutions within a short period, by liaising with internal technical towers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders -I have also managed to receive addresses and resolve most of the Global office (Resident Office) issues that are under our purview.Have also dealt with complex IT issues acrknowledge base for entire IT Ecosystems. Worked within the IT security team, analyzed security threats to the network systems, and managed 100% threat-free systems through the ecosystems. Hands-on experience with McAfee ePO. Participated in hiring new resources and also provided Knowledge transfer- end to endoss all technical towers, providing resolution and sometimes triaging the issues and liaising with in-house technical teams and vendors. I have also actively participated in knowledge management creating resourceful technology articles.
