Collaborating with top management on Manpower budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, Talent Acquisition & Performance Management across organization.Responsible for implementing Organizational Development initiatives, Succession Planning, managing relations with employee unions.Successfully lead automation of HR processes and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for 1500 employees and integrating with SAP of joint venture across key functions in HR, IT and Finance. Delivering critical change management efforts and actively participated in various high-level committees responsible for employee recognition and policy development, consistently achieved cost optimization resulting in considerable savings to OPEX of organization.Lead the team in handling projects and mobilization for international assignments in Houston, UAE, Malaysia, Canada, and Indonesia. Working as a key resource to manage end to end HR functions of Khafji Joint Operations (a JV between Aramco and KGOC).
