Human Resources has been something which caught my interest as soon as I started my professional career with Accenture as a Software Engineering Analyst in 2013. How HR has evolved from being a support function to a business enabler really excites me. The future of HR is going to be data and analytics, which is something to look forward to.I am a passionate and smart working HR professional working with Cimpress as a Lead HR Business Partner. With an overall 10 plus years of experience in GCC and GBS set ups. I believe that \'there is always the most efficient way to get things done\' has helped me to take new initiatives in my work which has also been recognised by the leadership. I did my full time MBA in HR from NMIMS Mumbai in 2017 after working with Accenture for 2 years.Prior to that I completed my Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2013. My working style has been collaborative, persistent, fast paced and time bounded which has not only helped me having good relations at workplace but also to achieve my targets.Other than my professional career I have a keen interest in music and I have been performing on stage for more than 15 years now.
