In addition to this, also involved in strategic initiatives for increasing our competitiveness, returns to key stake holders and achieving the ESG goals.For example -(i) reducing the COGS without compromising the H&S of my team, quality of product and lead-time for completion of projects.(ii) incorporation of Carbon fiber planks for manufacturing of 70 meter long Composite Rotor BladesTransformed my manufacturing facility as the best in HSE among the other 4 facilities of Suzlon at different locations in India, and for this won the \"Excellence through Quality award\".For the first time in the history of Suzlon, any of it\'s plant has won two Kaizen GOLD awards (top of the top). One for HSE category and, second for PSP category, for the FY 2024-25
