My name is Raj Roshan, and I currently work at Protium Finance Limited, where I am responsible for developing their digital loan origination system using Zoho CRM. Additionally, I have gained knowledge in product management, business analysis, and orchestrator management for controlling the flow of events. My academic background includes a master\'s degree from the Central University of Rajasthan, where I specialized in Artificial Intelligence. During my studies, I gained a solid foundation in computer technology from various perspectives, including economics, statistics, and mathematics. I excelled in Python, Soft Computing, and NLP, achieving outstanding grades. My education has enriched my technical knowledge and enabled me to think critically and creatively. During my final year of my master\'s, I completed a 6-month internship with Seva Limited as an automation engineer. Here, I was introduced to Zoho and worked on improving the architecture and optimizing the performance of Zoho ONE, a platform that integrates multiple business applications. My responsibilities included driving product execution, researching new products, and planning roadmaps. I also worked on API integrations with Zoho and third-party applications, user management, G Suite, data migration, backups, and support. My experience working on the Zoho ONE platform has allowed me to develop my product management and data analysis skills. I became familiar with the platform\'s features and functionalities and worked on different platform modules. My work with Seva also helped me to improve my communication and interpersonal skills as I collaborated with cross-functional teams to execute projects. In terms of skills, I am proficient in programming languages such as Python, which I have used to develop digital loan origination systems and credit bureau parsers. My experience in these areas makes me a valuable asset to any team. I am always eager to take on new challenges and to contribute my expertise to any project. I am a motivated and dedicated software engineer passionate about developing cutting-edge technology solutions. My academic background and professional experience have provided me with a strong foundation in software engineering and helped me develop diverse skills.
