As a Data Scientist at Unilever, I led the development of a large-scale Power BI dashboard that became a one-stop platform for the global Quality Supply Chain team. This dashboard integrated key metrics such as the Delivered Superiority Index, scorecards, tactical reporting, and a dynamic risk heat map that highlights factory-level risks across geographies. I was also a core contributor to Unilever’s Generative AI program, where I built a custom “Quality GPT” tool to automate summarization of investigation reports and technical documentation. In parallel, I designed and deployed a ML model to proactively identify high-risk manufacturing sites by analyzing patterns in incident-level data, severity classifications, and other operational factors.
