As a Workforce Excellence Initiative leader for Americas, I am responsible for roll-out of new technology solutions based on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Machine Learning /Artificial Intelligence, Gen AI and Mobility for the Industrial Worker. Honeywell’s commitment to addressing some of the emerging and multifaceted challenges in improving Plant performance by improving People performance cannot be emphasized enough in today’s environment with retiring workforce and Gen Z on boarding. Having successfully delivered some of the largest and never done before programs in this space, we continue to stay focused on solving customers’ problems and deliver strong financial results YoY for Honeywell Americas. Prior to this assignment, I had an opportunity to manage several global assignments in Renewable Energy, Refining, Midstream and Terminals, Water and Wastewater across various Control Automation and Advanced Application platforms at Honeywell Passion for solving customer problems, ability to work with cross-functional, global and diverse teams, customer centric approach, comfort level with learning new domain and new technology backed by my experience in Growth Initiatives and Operations over the years has helped not only win more business but deliver on results exceeding expectations for our customers and Honeywell.
