Heading the QA, QE & Release Practice at Foodstuffs NI, New Zealand’s largest grocery retailer with employees, I lead and mentor a team of 60+ professionals, including Line Managers, QA Managers and a Release Manager.In this role, I am responsible for overseeing Software Quality Assurance and managing Software Releases across the entire organization, covering areas such as Digital, SAP, Supply Chain, and Payments.My responsibilities include driving the QA strategy, test automation, performance testing, continuous improvement initiatives, managing vendor relationships and acting as a single point of contact for delivery escalations.Additionally, I handle Test Management for key projects and initiatives across the organization.
