I started my job career with Ienergizer in Make my trip process(HDPS) as senior executive customer service and did an excellent work.After 6 months job roll changed where have to interact with Dsat costomers to find out the reason and satisfy them and improve the service.Then after 6 months given new roll to Monitor CMS on real time(RTM).After 1.5 years got selected to act as Team Leader roll in HDPS OB sales LOB. I worked approximately a year there. Overall experience in the process was 3.5 years.(from Nov 2016 to June 2020. Then Process got stopped in Pendamic.After pendamic (covid 1st wave) rejoined the same organisation with Aakash institute process as a Team leader operations in October 2020 and worked 26th months till November 2022.Now currently working in Cogent e services as Assistant manager operations from December2022 with BFL process.
