About Raj Mankar
I bring with me 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and I value integrity and commit to just Caring! My expertise lie in managing and delivering projects across a broad spectrum of sectors ranging from onshore gas processing to large refinery and petrochemical units.I lead Worley’s India Operations with responsibility for the Global Integrated Delivery (GID) and local business delivered out of our 8 offices across India. GID operations helps deliver projects across 40 plus countries and here I am accountable for expanding our capabilities and preparedness of a diverse workforce of talent pan India. Worley’s ambition of being the leader in delivering a sustainable world hinges on the strong support in the Energy Transition space from our India operations, both for its GID and the local business. My joy is in consistently strategising and developing future growth plans for India. I am also equally excited about the Digital Transformation at Worley, I feel that we are at the cusp of revolutionizing a business which is fast being commoditized. To achieve future success and accomplish operational strategy, I think it is important to effectively utilize new technologies that are blended with human capabilities across geographies and cultures.I was born and brought in Mumbai and like any Indian, Cricket is my religion. I love watching any level of cricket, it is something that helps me relax, especially if my son is playing. My family has always been my strength and I always look forward to spending any spare time and travelling with them. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai and an executive MBA from the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay. That said, I still enthusiastically grab onto new learnings in digital tools and automation processes. There’s certainly yet more to learn, more problems to solve and yet more to build. Just Care!
