ABOUT RAJMANI SAXENA

As a Project leader, I focus on building partnerships and rapport with Engineer, Customer and Vendors; unifying efforts among cross functional teams; mitigate risks and generate opportunities to deliver value the organization and the customer alike. I have nearly 30 years of experience in techno-commercial profiles, significant part of which has been into Operations and Project management of large complex EPC projects of Electrical GRID in India and abroad. I have delivered a variety of projects like UHVDC, EHV AIS, GIS, FACTs, SCADA, Telecommunication, Transmission Line, Railway Electrification, IPPs and CPPs, EBOP for Thermal Power & Smelter plants, Power distribution and cabling packages in Metro and other Industrial and Building electrification segments. I have a solid experience of construction of large and medium size projects having diverse scope as Mega Civil works, Complex Pre-Engineered Buildings(PEB), UHV and EHV Tower and Gantry works, Converter transformers, Power Transformers, Panels and equipment, Cabling, Stringing, Electro-mechanical services like HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems, Telephone and Public Address systems, Security and Surveillance systems, Arc Detection and VESDA, etc. I have a unique experience of having led construction management position apart from project management I also have a substantial international experience having delivered large and complex EPC projects in Europe and Middle East working with consortium partners across geographies. I am specially credited for delivering entire cycle of project including after sales in certain cases. ie I have not only completed but also closed projects.
