I am a dynamic Engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. I have successfully led global teams (up to 500 engineers) and delivered on large-scale, multi-million dollar software products and projects. Through strategic initiatives and automation, I have immensely improved the productivity and quality of deliverables of Qualcomm development and test teams. I am passionate about building high-performing strategies and teams. I am a firm believer in customer-centricity and agile delivery. I am grounded by data and possess sound analytical thinking. I am known to leveraging existing high-quality components and not reinventing the wheel (buy before build)I have had the privilege of leading teams on a very rich and diverse set of projects. I have led the development and testing of Connectivity IP blocks in Qualcomm Semiconductor chips that feature in thousands of consumer products in Mobile, Compute and IOT industries. I have managed teams on large internal projects that revolutionized configuration management, product development and testing with enterprise-grade tooling and automation. I have ideated and championed strategic process initiatives that have allowed Qualcomm to scale delivering on-demand code patches to 100s of top tier customers. I have directed business intelligence projects and delivered actionable insights to executives, enabling them to make data informed business decisionsAt my heart, I am a system/solution architect.
