At Spark Capital, I play a dual role across legal, compliance, and regulatory functions while also contributing to strategic projects that strengthen operational efficiency. I work extensively on drafting and managing a wide range of agreements — including Distribution Agreements (AIF, PMS, Debt Products, GIFT), Lease Deeds, Turnkey Contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Referral Agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, Addendums, and Engagement Letters. Alongside, I maintain a structured tracking system to ensure compliance and timely execution. On the compliance side, I handle end-to-end responsibilities such as SEBI PIT compliance, employee trading compliance with BSE/NSE, and monthly/quarterly filings with SEBI/BSE. I also support employee onboarding formalities and regulatory checks. Over time, I have successfully issued 100+ Mutual Fund and PMS EUINs via AMFI and APMI portals. Beyond routine responsibilities, I actively contribute to projects that expand my learning curve. Currently, I’m independently working on a new employee trading tool — an opportunity entrusted by my senior to enhance process efficiency and strengthen compliance systems.
