Experience of implementation of both green field and brown field projects. Successfully handled projects in both private and public sectors. Knowledge of the entire process of implementing a project- from tendering to commissioning. Handled both total turnkey projects (EPC) and discrete turnkey projects. Involved in procurement activities including preparation of tender inquiry, Cost Management, Bid Evaluation, Tender Discussion, award of contract. Effectively collaborating and communicating with all the stakeholders - clients, vendors, construction agencies, project team etc. Monitoring and controlling project execution activities and measuring project performance and taking preventive/corrective measures for deviations. Managing and keeping record of scope changes/infringement in project. Strive for timely recovery of milestone payment against contractual payment terms and conditions. Performing contract and claim management activities in accordance with the contract for realizing potential claims and change orders. Preparing, presenting, negotiating, and obtaining approval on delay analysis. interdisciplinary coordination for both technical and project management aspects/issues. Review project progress, conducting team meetings. Attending site problems and finding solutions with the project team. Project closure. Major assignments: Handled JSPL- Angul, SMS-1 & 2- Vizag Steel Plant, RINL, Tata Steel-Kalinganagar, Tata Steel- Jamshedpur-LD shop#2 & 3, EAF based SMS in Bangladesh - Plant/shop capacity from 1 to 3 mtpa.
