Serving in IT industry for over 25 years in multiple roles and built expertise in Business Operations, Large Program Management, Business Excellence, Strategic Planning, and Leadership Development.A curious learner, I pivoted to an exciting and enriching area of Leadership and Organizational Development at the prestigious Infosys Leadership Institute (ILI). Closely working with senior leaders, facilitating strategic business projects, and interacting with several Ivy League Universities in offering leadership development programs. For 11 years, I led Strategy, Planning and Business Operations for large business units at Infosys of size ranging between $100M-1B. The role carried KPIs on Margin upliftment, Revenue Assurance, Business Operations Assurance & Unit level Strategy and Ops Planning.An SME on Business Excellence Frameworks (viz MBNQA ), and have led Infosys-wide deployment of business performance excellence in several Units. Had led external business assessments for several large Indian organizations under the CII banner for CII EXIM Award for Business Excellence.Prior to joining Infosys in I was with ALSTOM and managed Product Sales for 3 years, did product development for 3 years and was a shop floor in-charge for feeder shops.I am a lifelong learner and have completed several leadership programs from Ivy League Institutes. Viz in Aug\'23, as part of select 50 leaders cohort, completed an immersive in-person 5 day leadership program at Stanford GSB Campus. In Mar\'24, completed Disruptive Strategy Certificate from Harvard Business School, In May\'24 an AI Certification from Northwestern Kellogg Univ. Prior to that, completed a Financial Leadership Program from Stanford and a Strategic Influence from Wharton University. Currently doing Leading Organizations and Change from MIT.As a Leadership Coach, I am a Life Time Hogan Certified Professional. Completed 164 hours of training in the pursuit of PCC Level Accreditation from International Coaching Federation.
