I got opportunity to work for Genpact in December 2013 with a training program with a stipend amount and after completion of that training I got selected for a Canadian banking process named Toronto dominion bank, I was doing pretty good job in the process and got responsibility to lead a team of 16 members all though I was about to get certified for it. unfortunately that process got ramp down and I got opportunity to work for Wells Fargo Bank again AML/KYC. it was a project which again got over after a year.I decided to switch because of that reason and got opportunity to work for R1 RCM formerly known as accretive health as a senior analyst in December 2017.it was a new learning as I switched from a different work experience but I like learning new things and challenge myself. I did learn about healthcare and after 2 years got opportunity to work for quality team and learned alot and still learning.I have experience of handling team as my role nature is such wherein I have to take care of the team if team lead not available, go on calibration calls with clients, floor support, share feedback to each and every team player whenever required and give training also to BQM players and new joiners.I am self motivated and have seen tuffest time of my life, although I am just 30 and would like to take up new responsibilities and challenges.You can reach me through mobile @78••••••04 or email me @ mail Id: r••••••••@gmail.comThanks and regardsRaj Kumar
