Social Media (SM) Add Approval• Review the Requisitions and Respective JDs, request for essential details to client for accurate sourcing• Planning for Allocation of Recruiters and assign the task with targets• CVs scrutinizing as per the clients requirements, guide recruiters to go for initial screening• Clients coordination and In-house team coordination• Planning Preliminary Interviews and Client Interviews as per the final schedule• Submission of Interview Proposals as and when required• Troubleshooting of Critical positions and regular check of CV submission summary• Working closely with Mobilization team in order to have balanced End to End Recruitment process and Deliver to clients on timely manner• Preparing FAQs for Interviews or training prior to Client Interview• Regular updating the Management for Sourcing Progress and any approvals required for respective projects• Conduct Weekly Webinar to leverage AYE presence on social media and FAQ for candidates on Recruitment & Visa Process• Social Media (SM) job posting artwork approval • Training & Development
