As a Contract Lead at Apraava Energy, an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP), I oversee the full spectrum of contract administration for smart metering projects. My role involves managing subcontracts with vendors and contractors—from drafting and negotiating terms to ensuring effective on-ground implementation in alignment with the contractual obligations.I work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including DISCOMs, to ensure all contractual activities are executed in compliance with the overarching agreement between Apraava Energy and the distribution companies. This includes monitoring performance, managing risks, and resolving issues to maintain transparency, efficiency, and alignment with project timelines.With a strong focus on operational excellence, I ensure that contractual strategies support the broader objectives of delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable metering solutions, while fostering robust vendor relationships and driving value for all stakeholders.
