Delivered 150+ servers and 250+ TB of storage infrastructure.• VMware Program Management: Drove $4M VMware program in Johnsons and Johnson where over VM were migrated for different DCs (AMER/AMEA/ASPAC) to introduce the new VMware Technology which replaced the old legacy system for cost efficiency and performance. • ITPA, WebMethods, Cransoft, EWA Project Management: Led different Monitoring and 3rd party BUIT owned projects for J&J from planning phase to all the way to delivery where different business stake holders were involved.• CITRIX Program management: Drove CITRIX program to retire around 220 old legacy Citrix servers to save over $2M for next few years.
