Major Duties for Inspection and Testing- Validate concrete integrity through rigorous field testing (Slump, Air, temperature, and cylinder casts) as per CSA test standards- Evaluate material integrity for MTO projects (roads, bridges, highways) by implementing AASHTO R97-19 and MTO LS-625 compliant sampling and inspection of asphalt and granular aggregates resulting in reliable data for rehabilitation and expansion projects- Verify and report the Nuclear gauge compaction testing results for various structural wall backfilling, utility services trench fill, road embankment, pipe bedding fill, etc, to the Site Inspector and Contractor- Generate Inspection Field reports for each projects using company designed software to assist engineers and clients in maintaining the quality in project delivery.Major Duties for Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Investigations- Manage comprehensive geotechnical investigations by implementing supervision of 30+ borehole operations (commissioning, coring, decommissioning) up to 150 ft ( 45 m) in depth and analyzing aquifer properties resulting in informed decision-making for the project- Document subsurface conditions and environmental data through detailed borehole logs and monitoring well installations resulting in accurate project records- Conduct hydrogeological tests, such as K-slug test and pneumatic packer test, on proposed monitoring wells; advanced geotechnical exploration tests such as optical and acoustic televiewer; Rock/Soil Pressure meter tests- Perform geotechnical, geo-environmental, rock core sampling for proposed boreholes.Project Experience- Halton Waste Management Site Landfill Cell 4 West, Town of Milton (Contract Value ~$26 Million CAD)- West Brampton Watermain Replacement Project Contract 2 by The Region of Peel ( Contract Value =$ 20 Million CAD)- Waterloo WWTP, Operational Biosolids Storage Construction.
