Working closely with Local Authorities, Housing Providers and Registered Providers to help support the current UK social housing crisis. In return being able to offer them suitable properties for Emergency, Temporary and Long Term Accommodation. Project managing all renovation and building works on new acquisitions to the portfolio. Ranging from residential single unit lets to large scale projects converting multi unit commercial buildings to purpose built accommodation suitable for our social housing clients. Overseeing projects to completion and ensuring all properties are fully compliant to our clients needs.
