Perform Root cause Analysis, why analysis to find the point of failure in manufacturing Process, Lead and handle cross functional team meeting based on the outcomes of the investigations. Research and Study areas for Robotic Implementation, Calculate Cost and ROI for the Project, Plan and Present to Upper management, and Execute Approved Projects. Maintain budgets, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
