I draw on direct operator experience to surface real pain points, then translate those into product requirements. When you\'ve been the person waiting on the reconciliation report, you build different software than someone who hasn\'t.• Learning & Development — Building training that spans daily bank reconciliations, corporate bookkeeping, and trust bookkeeping. Leading change management as the industry moves toward AI and agentic workflows — helping our teams embrace the shift, not fear it.• Corporate Bookkeeping — Supporting property management operators with their own company financials — not just their client trust accounts.• Daily Bank Reconciliations — The backbone of all bookkeeping. Without accurate daily reconciliations on client trust accounts, everything downstream falls apart — corporate books, owner statements, audit compliance, all of it. I oversee this across our entire client base because getting it right at volume is what makes everything else possible.One example of what operator experience brings to product: I\'m the one who figured out what the reimbursement process cycle should be for property management companies in client trust. Getting reimbursed for money spent on behalf of property owners is one of the most persistent pain points in the industry — operators lose money on it constantly. That\'s not a problem you solve from a product spec. You solve it because you\'ve been the operator who didn\'t get reimbursed.
