This solution was designed to connect Indian MSMEs with Rs. 23,168 crore in government funding opportunities, successfully bridging a critical access gap. I oversaw the complete product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, driving the creation of a user-friendly website. My leadership focused on agile frameworks and iterative development, ensuring the platform evolved based on emerging trends and direct feedback from non-technical users and customers. This approach enabled continuous feature enhancements, including the core Intelligent Scheme Matching Algorithm and a Mobile-responsive Design, catering to diverse needs across 28 states. Key Achievements:Platform Development: Led the creation of the entire technical infrastructure, including the proprietary Intelligent Scheme Matching Algorithm, Document Management System, and a robust Admin Panel for non-technical users, all built with a Microservices-based Architecture and Cloud-native Infrastructure.Agile & Iterative Development: Implemented an agile methodology to prioritize features and adapt to user needs, making iterative changes based on user behavior analytics and direct feedback loops.User-Centric Design: Ensured a seamless experience, significantly reducing initial setup time from 45 minutes to 8 minutes and increasing tutorial completion rates by 85%.Tangible Funding Facilitation: Enabled the facilitation of over ₹45crore in funding for more than 4,800 MSMEs, directly contributing to economic impact by supporting thousands of jobs.Scaling Growth: Achieved over registered users with a 78% application success rate and maintained 99.8% platform uptime, expanding across all 28 Indian states.
